This series features a mix of classic and modern off-road vehicles, all with the high level of detail and quality that we’ve come to expect from Hot Wheels Car Culture. Let’s take a closer look at the six vehicles in this series, including the elusive chase model.
1987 Toyota Pickup Truck
This classic Toyota pickup is a favorite among off-road enthusiasts, and it’s easy to see why. The truck is finished in red with silver Real Rider wheels, and it looks just like the real thing. I’m excited to see this casting back in the Car Culture line. I’ve always been a fan of the 1987 Toyota Pickup Truck. I remember seeing them all over the place when I was a kid in the 80s and 90s. Their recent resurgence in popularity could be tied to the nostalgia of Marty McFly’s 1985 Toyota from Back to the Future. They were just so cool and capable, and they still are today. This casting is always highly sought after by collectors.
Land Rover Defender 90
The Land Rover Defender is another iconic off-road vehicle, and this one is finished in a striking yellow with black Real Rider wheels and black accents. The Defender is known for its ruggedness and capability, and this Hot Wheels version is no exception. I’ve always loved the look of the Defender. It’s just so classic and timeless.

The Land Cruiser is a luxurious and capable SUV, and this Hot Wheels version is sure to be a hit. I’m excited to see this new casting hit the pegs. The Land Cruiser has a long and storied history, and this new model looks like it will continue that tradition.
2024 Toyota Land Cruiser (Chase Model)
The chase model of the 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser is finished in black with black 10-spoke Real Rider wheels. This is sure to be a highly sought-after model by collectors. I’m always excited to see chase models. They’re always so cool and unique. I wonder what the production numbers will be on this one?
